Why Do We Develop Vertigo And Dizziness?
It is actually amazing that we can in fact stand on two feet without falling. And not only that, many of us can run, jump, spin around in circles or even ride a bike down a steep stony mountain hill without falling.
Notwithstanding specific impairments, the human balance system allows us to do this.
But unfortunately, the balance system does not always function right and when it stops functioning we experience a feeling called vertigo or dizziness (I’ll talk about it as the same thing here because the cause is the same although these two feelings are experienced in a different way).
Everyone has experienced some form of dizziness or vertigo. Perhaps an ear infection left you wobbly on your feet. Or, you’ve suddenly jumped up from a sitting position very quickly and felt the need to sit right back down.
Typically, there is no need to find a cure for such short term occurances.
However, thousands of people suffer from what is called chronic vertigo / dizziness. If you suffer from this condition, you either constantly feel dizzy or you get dizzy several times a year, month or even week – often without any obvious reason.
The balance system or rather the impaired balance system is the culprit for this chronic condition.
Below are the three balance systems we all have
eyes ears body sense
Our balance system is so advantaged that even if one part goes out, we may feel it a little but we’ll still function pretty much normally. Most blind people can walk normally – so can a person who has problems with the balance system in his/her ears.
We need to exercise all three sytems though, because we are not so fortunate when more than one of our balance systems is experiencing problems.
How can we improve our balance system?
Stress or muscle tension surrounding the eyes, ears or upper body is responsible for vertigo or dizziness the majority of the time.
Ear impairments will cause you to view your surrounds slightly differently than the balance system in your eyes do.
The unsteady feeling is the result of the brain trying to process these different perceptions.
If your reading glasses are not the right strength, you’ve probably experienced this.
Now if your balance system in your ear was 100% and your body’s balance system was 100% – you could still function pretty well even if there was a problem with the eye’s balance system. But it hardly ever is so you feel dizzy or even experience the world spinning around you.
The solution is to strengthen and loosen up all muscles around all your balance systems – as well as strengthening your body’s balance awareness.
My vertio and dizziness program are designed to accomplish exactly this. Each balance system does not have to be at 100%. If each one is well above average, complete relief can be attained.
Can Vertigo be a Side Effect of Medicine?
by Christian GoodmanThe room was was in motion, including the floor I was trying to stand on. Other people though were perfectly fine. I felt like throwing up.”
This is a description from a vertigo sufferer. For the past few months, she was going through these types of events.
A medical professional advised that vertigo was the problem. In simple terms, vertigo is a feeling of instablity or movement of objects or the individual even though the environment is in fact still or stable.
Vertigo is actually a symptom rather than a disease. Problems or disorders with the structures of the ear are common causes of vertigo (peripheral vestibular system.)
Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo is the most common peripheral disorder. It is usually accompanied by nausea, vomiting, perspiration, hearing loss, impaired cognitive abilities and may come about with no warning.
Another peripheral disorder is Mnires Syndrome. It is not as common but just as distressing including many of the same symptoms. It does not tend to affect the person as suddenly, rather a gradual “fullness” in the ear my initiate the episode followed by ringing and even hearing loss.
Vertigo and impaired hearing may build and then decrease over several hours, but like BPPV, the person suffering often needs to rest for a few hours before gaining any relief.
The client described above sought treatment which resulted in additional negative effects. Her symptoms then increased and even worsened.
While having her blood pressure taken a couple of visits later, the medical assistant passively mentioned that the type of hypertension medication she was taking was known to result in vertigo.
She was stunned. She was also rather upset that this particular side effect was never mentioned when she was prescribed the medication.
Other drugs in addition to those that treat high blood pressure can cause both short term and long term vertigo. Some over the counter cold remedies as well as various antibiotics and anticonvulsants are also connected to either temporary or even permanent dizziness or vertigo.
Although a very frustrating situation, recall that most doctors tend to turn to medication when treating high blood pressure.
This individual became my client as she desired alternative treatments for both conditions. My all natural High Blood Pressure Program and Dizziness and Vertigo Program both proved successful for her. They can for you too, whether your vertigo is caused by medication or other factors. Both are all natural without the risk of drug side effects.

Dizziness and Vertigo – It’s No Fun
by Christian GoodmanIf you’ve ever stood up too quickly, taken a long boat ride, or enjoyed a roller coaster, chances are you’ve experienced dizziness.
Dizziness is characterized as feeling unstable, lightheaded, weak, or feeling that you or your surroundings are spinning. This sensation usually only lasts a few seconds and then disappears allowing you to continue your day uninterrupted.
What would it be like though if the unbalanced feeling would not go away – as least not for quite some time?
Sufferers from a type of dizziness known as vertigo experience this sensation on a regular basis. Some suffer more often than others.
It may be subjective vertigo or objective vertigo.
The first type is when you feel that you are the moving object. The latter describes the feeling that objects around you are in motion. It can create difficulty with walking or even standing as well as other serious problems.
To alleviate vertigo, some people use drug therapy. Others have undergone surgery. Hearing loss, tinnitus and the inability to stay balanced are just few issues people with vertigo may face.
Disorders of the central nervous system or the inner ear are often the cause of vertigo.
BPPV is a typical type of vertigo. Benighn paroxysmal positional vertigo can occur due to an injury to the head area or an ear infection. The inner ear canal is filled with fluid which contains tiny structures (crystalline.)
The balance system detects the moving particles and perceives movement when there is none.
Vertigo of this nature can normally be eased as the episodes do not usually last very long.
Some people suffer from Meniere’s disease which affects hearing abilities. Reduction in salt intake and medicine are common treatments.
Some people have undergone the removal of an acoustic neuroma – a tumor causing the vertigo.
Many other causes and associated symptoms also exist with vertigo.
A momentary feeling of dizziness can be a little frightening, but some people experience this for extended periods of time with no relief.
The good news is, you don’t have to be one of them…
The easy exercises in my program which naturally treats vertigo can make all the difference.

6 Shocking Causes of Arthritis You Don’t Know About (But Should)
Ask a doctor why you have arthritis and you’ll probably hear a rambling response involving vague phrases like “multiple causes”, “inflammation” and “genetics”.
There’s some truth to the fact that many things contribute to arthritis. But most of these fly under the radar screen of most doctors (and many of their patients).
That’s why I’m shedding light are 6 of the most common (yet unknown) arthritis causes:
Smoking: It’s no secret that smoking rips your lungs to shreds. According to research published in Arthritis & Rheumatism, people who smoke have double the risk of developing arthritis than those that “say no to butts.”
How does a pack a day habit make your joints ache? Scientists have found that smoking dramatically escalates your body’s inflammation levels –the underlying cause of all arthritis.
Eating Red Meat: You choose chicken over steak for your heart. But could that occasional breakfast bacon bout lead to arthritis?
Dorothy Pattison of National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society discovered that people who regularly red meat doubled their risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis. The saturated fat in red meat seems to bumps up inflammation –leading to arthritis.
Not Enough Vitamin C: People who don’t eat vitamin C rich fruits and veggies are playing Russian roulette with arthritis. Duke University researchers found that people who didn’t get enough vitamin C had higher rates of osteoarthritis –the most common form of arthritis.
Watching TV: People that watch TV are much more likely to suffer from the extra pounds that often lead to arthritis. Flipping channels actually burns less calories than sleeping. Also, inactive joints are much more susceptible to arthritis “flare ups”.
To prevent arthritis (and obesity) limit your TV watching to an hour or less per day.
Being Alone: Drop by the neighbors house, pick up the phone, or shoot off an email: being socially connected significantly reduces your risk of struggling with severe arthritis.
Researchers at the University of Oxford found that people who were socially isolated tended to have more severe rheumatoid arthritis than those with a strong social network.
Allergies: Whether you’re allergic to peanuts or pollen, those allergies can make your joints cry out in pain. Allergies make your body’s immune system go haywire --making inflammation spiral out of control.
That’s why people with allergies are much more likely to have arthritis joints than those who are allergy free.
21 Ways To Knock Out Arthritis You Don’t Know (But Should)
Knowing the causes of arthritis is one thing. Doing something about it is something else altogether.
To help you recover from arthritis in 21 short days, we’ve recently launched our new program: Blue Heron Guide to Healing Arthritis. After you reserve your copy, you’ll learn the secrets that thousands of others have used to reverse arthritis without needing mind-numbing medications or deadly surgical procedures.
4 Superfoods that KO Arthritis Pain in a Flash
It’s well understood that your diet plays a crucial role in your arthritis pain. While the same foods that give you a trim waist and clear arteries will likely relieve your pain, a few foods stand head and shoulders above the rest.
.Add these 4 pain-fighting superfoods to your diet and you’ll probably feel a difference a few minutes after your last bite.
Blueberries
Blueberries are overflowing with nutrients that KO arthritis pain. Yummy blueberries are especially rich in crucial compounds called antioxidants. Antioxidants are your body’s bodyguards that protect your joints from damage. If you don’t get enough of them, expect epic arthritis flare-ups to take hold.
In fact, a USDA commissioned study found that wild blueberries have more antioxidants than any other food on planet Earth! Research at the University of Prince Edward Island recently found that eating blueberries significantly reduced arthritis pain.
Green Tea
If you have arthritis, there’s an acronym that should be part of your vocabulary: EGCG. EGCG is the insanely beneficial compound found only in green tea that fights everything from cancer to cavities.
Used for centuries as a pain reliever in China, green tea is earning the notice of University researchers in the West. A study in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science found that EGCG drops inflammation and relieves pain in people with severe arthritis
.Broccoli
If you’re like most people, your mother made you down this bitter green cruciferous veggie as a kid. If you followed to her advice into adulthood, you may not have arthritis today. Scientists at the University of East Anglia recently figured out why broccoli helps people with osteoarthritis –by far, the most common arthritis type.
They found that broccoli (and only broccoli) contains a funny sounding nutrient called sulforaphane. Sulforaphane presses the “OFF” button on enzymes that destroy vulnerable joints and cartridge.
Kidney Beans
In terms of arthritis pain, kidney beans have a lot going for them. First, it’s got almost as much antioxidants per ounce as blueberries. Also, they’re one of the few carbohydrate sources known as “slow carbs.” Slow carbs are digested and absorbed slowly –unlike white bread, potatoes, and soda. Studies show that replacing rapidly digesting carbs with slow carbs relieves arthritis pain.
Last (but not least), kidney beans are bursting with soluble fiber. Soluble fiber fights appetite and accelerates the weight loss results you get from dieting.
Want Even More Amazing Arthritis Fighting Superfoods?
Eating these 4 foods may help you feel a bit better –but they’re not nearly enough to completely reverse arthritis. What is, you ask?
The Blue Heron Guide to Healing Arthritis, that’s what! It’s a simple to follow step-by-step guide to reversing arthritis naturally. For a limited time, we’ve lowered the price by 25%. Reserve your copy today and knock out arthritis the natural way!
Arthritis Hurts…But Can It Kill?
It may seem that your knees ache so much that it’s not physically possible to “kick the bucket.” However, emerging research shows that more and more deaths are a direct result of arthritis.
A Serious Problem
Arthritis is already known to be the most prevalent chronic disease in the world –affecting over half of all adults over the age of 55. More and more scientists are sounding the alarm over hospitalizations and premature deaths due to arthritis.
Kills More People Than Heart Disease
If there’s one thing everyone knows about health, it’s that more people die from heart disease than any other cause. Or does it?
According to a study by Harvard University researchers that was recently published in the Annals of Rheumatic Diseases, the rates of death for people with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) were more than double that of people without RA.
It gets even scarier. Many people with RA have a protein known as Rheumatoid Factor. This protein is a marker of how bad your arthritis is. Even without a blood test, if your RA causes you serious pain, you may have Rheumatoid Factor.
This same research team discovered that 9 out of every 10 people with Rheumatoid Factor died within the 2 years that they were being followed.
How Arthritis Kills
Many arthritis experts are crying out for a earth shattering arthritis paradigm shift: arthritis isn’t just a disease –it’s a symptom of a disease too. In other words, people who are in tip-top shape generally don’t get arthritis.
People who do have arthritis, however, are significantly more susceptible to stroke, infections and heart attacks than the general public.
That’s why treating only arthritis –while ignoring overall health -- is a fool’s errand. Even people who treat their arthritis with medications die at the same rate as those who do nothing about their disease.
The bottom line is that you’ve got to holistically treat your arthritis if you want to reduce your risk of a visit from the Grim Reaper.
Here’s How:
Lose Weight: All forms of arthritis dramatically improve by dropping those excess pounds. You’ll also be freefalling your risk of heart disease, diabetes and depression to boot.
Eliminate “Trigger Foods”: Secret trigger foods cause more cases of arthritis than your doctor would leave you to believe. Cutting these foods out can often silence the constant anguish of arthritis –without needing to do anything else.
Eat More Fish: The common denominator of all 100 forms of arthritis is inflammation. The powerful omega-3s in fatty fish like mackerel and salmon knock inflammation –and arthritis –down a few notches.
Stop Arthritis, Save Your Life
If you’re looking for the most effective natural way to not just reduce –but completely cure- arthritis then order your copy of the Blue Heron Guide to Healing Arthritis today!
It’s a complete step-by-step plan to reversing arthritis in just 3 weeks. As you’ve just read, it won’t just knock out arthritis…it might even save your life!
Take a Walk, Cure Arthritis
Arthritis pain can be so bad that a walk to the bathroom can seem like struggling through a bed of nails –if only the nails were being hammered into your knees and back!
Your body tells you to “sit down and rest” between every step. But that’s some horrible advice, no matter how well intentioned it may be.
The Real Future of Arthritis
Many doctors predict that technological advances like cutting edge medications and futuristic machines will someday emerge as the “cure” for arthritis. Unfortunately, no amount of money or science is going to take care of this pesky $120 billion dollar arthritis problem out nation struggles with.
After all, we already have prevention and a cure. Best of all, it doesn’t require a single dollar, a prescription, or even a doctor’s appointment.
What’s this amazing arthritis treatment that has arthritis scientists jumping up and down in excitement? Walking!
Walk It Off
Researchers at the National Institutes of Health recently looked at a group of people with knee osteoarthritis who weren’t yet in serious pain. Those that did light exercise for just 20 minutes per day completely put the brakes on arthritis.
What if you already have arthritis? Walking can change your life too.
A study published in the Annals of Internal Medicine found that a walking program reduced arthritis pain by nearly one third. That blows away the results from arthritis medications that tend to modestly improve pain levels by 10 percent or less.
Walk This Way
Arthritis can make walking an uphill battle. Fortunately, you don’t have to walk to China and back to see a very big difference.
Here’s how to do it:
Start S-L-O-W: The transition from couch potato to power walker is a dramatic one. Your walking program should be like a beat up 67’ Chevy: start slowly, gradually increasing the speed, and go strong after a thorough warm up.
Record, Rinse, Repeat: Just “going for a walk” may work for some, but your enthusiasm will quickly sputter out. Setting goals and benchmarks will keep you on track and make sure you stick to this life-altering change.
Don’t Be Afraid: To breathe, sweat and struggle. As long as you can pass the “talk test” (being able to carry on a conversation while exercising), you’re at the right intensity level.
Expect Miracles…Eventually: There’s no question that daily light exercise turns the tables on arthritis. But it’s going to take more than a few laps around the track to feel a difference. Stick with it and the results will come.
Run, Don’t Walk, To Buy This Incredible Program
Walking works. But for those with painful or stubborn arthritis, it’s not nearly enough.
That’s why there’s the Blue Heron Guide for Healing Arthritis. It’s a complete step-by-step approach to reversing arthritis that’s backed by the latest science.
Hypertension Drugs and the Side Effects
I was about to doze off when I heard the words heart attack and stroke. This was matter of factly mentioned in conjunction with the advertisement for high blood pressure medicine.
I regularly receive emails from people who are also desperate to avoid these side effects and others due to the medication.
I am very familiar with the host of problems various drugs can bring. However, I never tire of researching it just the same. I am amazed all over again when reviewing the side effects of the various drugs people have mentioned.
Remember, that high blood pressure is elevated blood pressure usually above 140 over 90 or so.
Heart attack and stroke can occur due to high blood pressure. Other vital organs can also be jeopardized such as the eyes, kidneys and brain.
Additional problems can include blindness, sleeplessness and erectile dysfunction. One problem with high blood pressure though is that the symptoms may not be present or noticable.
Many people do experience some symptoms. Blurry vision, headaches and nausea are common. Measuring blood pressure is the only way to truly deduce that is is exists though.
A single reading does not necessarily mean chronic high blood pressure though. You need to check it regularly and take note if you happen to be taking other medications. There are over the counter drugs that can contribute to elevated blood pressure.
You do want to be aware of possible side effects if you are prescribed medication. Four types I’ll review today are ACE Inhibitors, Beta Blockers, Calcium Channel Blockers and Diuretics.
Let’s look at ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme) Inhibitors first. These drugs help relax blood vessels relax by blocking angiotensin II production. This hormone causes blood vessels to narrow. ACE inhibitors that are often prescribed are: benazepril (Lotensin), captopril (Capoten), enalapril (Vasotec), lisinopril (Prinivil, Zestril) ,quinapril (Accupril, Mavik) and ramipril (Altace).
Accompanying the drugs are possible side effects such as chronic coughing, headaches, chest pain and even kidney disease.
Now let’s look at Beta Blockers. These drugs reduce nerve signals to the heart and blood vessels which causes the heart to beat slower reducing blood pressure. Commonly prescribed beta blockers include: acebutolol (Sectral), atenolol (Tenormin), carvedilol (Coreg), metoprolol (Lopressor, Toprol XL), nadolol (Corgard), penbutolol (Levatol), propranolol (Inderal) and timolol (Blocadren).
Dizziness, impotence, memory loss and fatigue can occur with beta blockers.
Now let’s look at calcium channel blockers. Calcium is prevented from entering the heart and blood vessel muscle cells. This prevents the blood vessels from constricting and lowering blood pressure. Some of these drugs are amlodipine, fedodipine, nifedipine and verapamil.
Nausea, heartburn, shortness of breath, dizziness, and sexual dysfunction can occur. More serious is stroke and heart attack ” one of the very things the drug is designed to prevent.
And finally diuretics. The body flushes fluid and sodium which helps to lower blood pressure. Some of the common ones are hydrochlorothiazide, furoseminde and chlorthalidone.
Side effects include: electrolyte imbalances, impotence, breast enlargement in men (gynecomastia), increased blood sugar and blurred eye sight.
If reducing or eliminating high blood pressure medication is your goal, I recommend taking this slowly. Do not just discontinue your medication.
Don’t worry that your doctor will be harder to convince. Doing it gradually and continuing to monitor your blood pressure with your doctor will make the transition easier to swallow.
Continue with your medication while introducing the program. When you blood pressure starts to lower, discuss reducing your medication with your doctor. Continue to do this until you no longer need the drugs – and their side effects.

The Low Down On Hypertension
High Blood Pressure can affect anyone. While we know that there are certain types of people that are more prone to high blood pressure than others, everyone is a potential candidate.
High blood pressure (also known as hypertension) knows no racial barriers. Neither is age a barrier as there have been cases of high blood pressure in the very young as well as the very old.
Some that appear to be as fit as a fiddle have dropped dead of heart attack and stroke brought on by high blood pressure. At the same time, some people that are obese have relatively normal readings.
Since there is no special category of person who can be assured they will not be at risk – everyone needs to have it checked at least periodically.
It is important to know that one stand alone abnormal reading is not necessarily a case in which immediate action must be taken. Consideration must be paid to potential one time factors such as what activity a person was just engaged in prior to the reading.
Pain can create a brief rise in your blood pressure so having it monitored while you have a toothache or a headache can produce misleading results. The same can be said of stress. If you’ve had a long, frustrating day at work your blood pressure might be elevated.
Ideally, your blood pressure should be taken after sitting for at least five minutes. You should never take it just after having a cigarette or drinking anything containing caffeine. Don’t trust a reading that is taken when you are emotionally excited for any reason.
If the readings are consistently high, then a plan to help reduce your blood pressure should be considered. Weight is a common culprit.
Even a weight loss of a few pounds can lead to a reduction in blood pressure. A healthy lifestyle with regular exercise will benefit your body and mind in many ways.
Many foods contain extraordinary amounts of sodium – another factor in hypertension. Increasing your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables in lieu of processed foods can result in much healthier blood pressure readings.
Many foods we normally eat out of convenience or habit can be contributing to hypertension.
Perhaps the most drastic improvement in a person’s blood pressure reading can come from simple relaxation. Stress is thought to be one of the primary contributing factors in hypertension.
The mind will also benefit from relaxation. A clear head leads to better decisions in our lives.
A combination of less salt, better exercise and good relaxation can go a long way toward your good health.
A few minutes a day with my High Blood Pressure Progam will bring amazing results. The exercises are easy and can be done almost anywhere.

What Are You Doing About Hypertension?
The medical term for high blood pressure is ‘hypertension’. As a general rule, you’re considered to be ‘hypertensive’ if your blood pressure is consistently above the ideal 120/80. Some people are genetically predisposed for having high blood pressure, but there are other factors that often contribute to it, regardless of your genes.
To help you better understand high blood pressure, it’s a good idea to know what hypertension really is. When your blood pressure is taken, what’s actually being measured is the amount of pressure your blood is exerting against the walls of your blood vessels. Of course the higher the number, the more pressure is being forced against those walls.
Think of a balloon as it is being filled with water. You will see that the balloon stretches as more and more water is being put into it. As you continue to fill the balloon, you can see that the balloon is thinning out, and eventually stretch itself to the breaking point.
Same is true with your blood vessels. They can and will burst if you let your blood pressure get too high and remain there unchecked. Where the vessel bursts will determine the severity of the results. Vessels bursting in the brain will make you suffer a stroke. Vessels in the heart will make you suffer a heart attack or suffer complete heart failure.
High blood pressure is often called the ‘silent killer’ because of this. You don’t feel any symptoms at all and you feel fine then the pressure becomes so great and it causes a life-threatening episode.
The top number of a blood pressure reading is called the systolic pressure. This is how much pressure is within the blood vessels with each pump or ‘beat’ of your heart as it forces blood out. The bottom number is the diastolic pressure. This number represents how much pressure exists within the blood vessels in between beats, when you heart is momentarily at rest.
This is why the bottom number is often seen as the more critical value. If your diastolic pressure is over 80, and especially once it gets over 90, that tells the doctor there’s a great deal of pressure being exerted on your vessels, even when your heart is at rest. With high blood pressure, the spurting force of the blood as it leaves the heart the next time could be the one that proves to be too much.
So what can you do to lower your blood pressure? For starters, if you’re overweight, get serious about taking off the extra pounds. Try to alleviate, if not eliminate, causes of stress in your life. Stop smoking and exercise more.
Another thing that you can do, and this is a little easier but just as effective and even quicker, is do the exercises in my Hypertension Program. My Hypertension Program will reduce your chances of heart attack or stroke by making your blood pressure at low levels. The best part is that is does not require you to change your lifestyle or spend hours sweating in a gym.
It is composed of simple exercises that you can do easily, but the result is nothing short of life-saving.
Christian Goodman is a widely known expert on natural health alternatives. His newest discovery are natural exercises that lower high blood pressure in less than a week.

One Million Ways To Get A Headache – And How To Heal Them All
by Christian Goodman
Nowadays, there are plenty of ways, a million in fact, to get a headache. You can get a headache when you hit your head on something, when you forget your caffeine intake, when you eat ice cream too fast, when you get too stressed, too tired, or when you get sick.
In the United States alone, about one in every six people suffer from Chronic headaches and migraines. They suffer infrequently, but regularly. When this happens, it’s hard for the rest of the body to do any kind of work when the head is suffering from great pain. Studies have shown that about $50 Billion is lost every year due to workers not being able to work because of chronic headaches.
Where does all that money go? Into the medical industry, I imagine.
Doctors and pharmaceutical companies these days make fortunes off sales of headache and migraine medications, treatments, and therapies. The problem is that while these treatments may be effective in providing temporary relief from the symptoms, they do nothing to address the underlying cause of headaches and migraines.
Which is none other than oxygen deprivation. But don’t count on the pros to tell you that.
Our body is composed of cells, and every single cell needs oxygen to function properly. Lack of oxygen in the cells in the head will make the veins inflamed and brush against the nerves of the brain, and this is what causes chronic headaches and migraines.
It gets worse since most of us don’t breathe properly and have bad posture. All these things prevent us from getting the right amount of oxygen and causes us to have chronic headaches and migraines.
If only the medical industry admitted and addressed this underlying cause, the American Economy will not be losing so much money and manpower.
And as usual, it’s Christian Goodman to the rescue
My Migraine and Headache Relief Program bypasses the symptoms of migraines and headaches and addresses the problem at the very source. The program will show you, through some very simple exercises and practices, how to increase oxygen intake and restore the body’s natural balance.
Aside from curing yourself of headache and migraine, you will also be in much better shape than ever before. You’ll be surprised at how much you have been missing before.
Wouldn’t you like to see just how much?

Understanding Migraine Headaches
by Christian Goodman
When you say you have a headache, technically speaking, it isn?t your head that?s hurting. Did you know brain tissues and skull bones don?t have the nerve fibers that are sensitive to pain and therefore can?t generate the sensation of pain? So why does your head hurt with a migraine?
Migraine headaches have something to do with the blood vessels, that is why they are called vascular headaches. When you are experiencing migraine, your temporal artery is enlarged, which is located just under the skin at your temple. When this happens, it makes the tiny nerve fibers twisted around it to release chemicals.
The chemicals released cause pain, inflammation, and further enlargement of the temporal artery. The greater the swelling, the worse your pain becomes. So why does this artery enlarge to the point of causing severe pain?
The answer may lie in another naturally occurring chemical in the body. There are two major neurotransmitters in the brain that control blood vessel size, and one of them is Serotonin. Studies have shown that before a migraine occurs, there is a high level of serotonin. During the migraine, its level drops to an abnormally low level.
While the actual cause of migraines remains a mystery, researchers are looking at a genetic predisposition, since migraine sufferers tend to run in families. They?re hoping to find a definitive answer in the near future.
Not only are the migraine sufferers the only ones impacted by this incapacitating headache. The American Academy of Pain Medicine said that approximately 150 million workdays are lost each year because of this. This translates to an annual cost to businesses of 5-17 billion dollars.
Everyone is affected by this debilitating headache, not just the sufferers. The missed work and productivity lost is becoming a significant burden to the general public. Migraine headaches are suffered by 28 million people in this country, and females are the ones more often to get them, although men suffer them too.
The problem persists because migraines remain underdiagnosed and often untreated. Doctors miss the diagnosis of migraine headaches in more than half the people who have them. Too often, when treatment is prescribed, it isn?t effective.
One reason why treatments are not effective is that most doctors prescribe pills for the headache. The problem with pills is that migraines usually stimulate the sympathetic nervous system, the one that controls the ‘fight or flight’ mechanisms in the body.
When the sympathetic nervous system is activated, it postpones the emptying of stomach contents into the small intestine, preventing any absorption into your system. So instead of getting broken down and absorbed, the pills just sit in your stomach.
There is another solution though. The Migraine and Headache Relief program is a simple to use program that?s given thousands of migraine sufferers amazing results. It doesn?t require the body to be able to absorb or process anything during the stressful time of a migraine attack.
The Migraine and Headache Relief Program requires several simple exercises that takes only a few minutes a day to do. It effectively reduces and in many cases completely eliminates the threat of migraines. Use the program and reclaim your life!
